Diagnosed problem I caused quickly and knew the fix. My issue is I wrote that a bolt was missing from the brakes on my drop off slip and prior to moving the car it was either not read or ignored which caused my caliper to puncture the inside of my wheel. Aside from that they fixed the brake issue great and did slightly discount the service after some back and forth. Tech did also say they would have noticed it happen if they did it, making it sound like I caused this. They were also incorrect about time frame for when the car would be done even after I brought a different wheel and tire.

The folks at Ken's performed diagnostics and addressed only the jobs I confirmed. I thought I had a brake issue but that was fine. They did diagnose a sound I was pretty sure I knew and since brakes were off the menu, I said okay to the tie rod issue they found. Shuttle service to and from home was quick and friendly and greatly appreciated. I'll be back for my silent horn and AC unit noise in the near future. An all around great experience with polite team members that actually have a sense of humor and a smile. Thank you gentlemen!

Randy and Matt, who I communicated with for my vehicle repair needs. They were incredible. Sent me the diagnostic circled the pictures for me so I could understand what the situation with my car was in and out within a day and a half. Amazing and I will definitely be taking my car back again. But hopefully not too soon. I took my car in because my instrument cluster stopped working. They quickly diagnosed the issue. A general inspection was also done that brought up a couple other issues. Managed to get everything fixed and my car back by that evening. I was also able to use their complimentary shuttle service after dropping my car off, which was great. I appreciate that they have the ability offer rides for those living in the area. I would highly recommend Ken's Auto Service and will definitely be going back in the future!
